At the start of 2024, we asked ourselves: How do we better fuel your next adventure?

This question sparked a year of reflection and growth, leading our chefs and bar leads to partner with nutrition grad students at Texas Woman’s University. Together, we recalculated macros, redefined recipes, and dove deeper into our ingredient choices.

 

We’ve also strengthened our partnerships with ranchers and farmers to source higher-quality ingredients at fair prices. Our menu better prioritizes high-quality proteins, eliminates seed oils, and limits added sugars. Every ingredient has been carefully scrutinized, with 97% of our recipes rewritten for better taste and better fuel.

 

Your favorite dishes are now more nourishing than ever, and new favorites have joined the lineup. Welcome to the next chapter of HG SPLY CO.

We use an average of weights to calculate the nutritional values for each menu item, based on carefully sourced natural meats, seafood, and vegetables. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in macros may occur due to natural differences in hand-cut portions. To ensure precision, we regularly verify our calculations by sending random samples to an independent lab for testing.
